  • Husein Atari, President/CEO

    Mr. Husein Atari Joined the United States Air Force in 1989 where he worked in Aerospace Medicine. Because of his Middle Eastern background and skills as an Arabic linguist he was transferred to the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), and quickly became one of the most sought after linguists and cultural advisors at the command due to his background and cultural experience. Mr. Atari was born in Jordan and educated in Syria. He possesses complete mastery of all gulf dialects of Arabic. One of Mr. Atari’s most prestigious assignments, was serving as the USCENTCOM command linguist and cultural advisor, where he provided direct support and translation services to several Generals in the Command, to include USCENTCOM Commander, General Zinni, and two Intelligence Directors; Brigadier General Kimmons, and Brigadier General Custer.

    Much of Mr. Atari's work directly impacted policies dealing with Middle East countries. After his 13 years in the US Air Force, Mr. Atari came back to USCENTCOM as a Department of Defense Contractor working as an All Source Analyst in the Joint Intelligence Center (JIC); he was also instrumental in establishing the first Open Source unit in CENTCOM. Mr. Atari completed his education here in Tampa, at USF and in September of 2005, he established CLI Solutions which has supported USCENTCOM continuously since. Mr. Atari is a man of faith, family, patriotism, and believes in several principles, honesty, integrity, and treating other as he likes to be treated. He believes strongly in taking care of his employees and building a strong and long lasting relationship with other companies.

  • Duane Stevens, Director of Operations

    Duane Stevens, served the US Army from 1980 – 2001 in a variety of functions from Infantryman, Interrogator/ linguist, Drill Sergeant, Airborne Instructor (Blackhat), Long-Range Reconnaissance (SOF OPS) and Senior Plans and Operations supporting both Joint/ Combined Arms operations world-wide. Supported Balkans and Northern Iraq campaigns. After retiring from the US Army, Duane deployed to Prince Sultan Airbase, Saudi Arabia in support of the US Coalition of Iraqi and Afghanistan Air campaigns. Within a few months, CENTCOM/ CENTAF required a new Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) contracted built in Al Udeid Airbase, Qatar which Duane led an "umbrella contract" with various companies to complete a state-of-the-art and fully functional facility within 5 months becoming the primary theater CAOC.

    Duane then moved to Al Dharfa Airbase, United Arab Emirates to lead as Program Manager all airbase IT and communications infrastructure for 5 years supporting the 380 ECS. Duane then led as Senior Program Manager from business development conception to the operational program training implementation the Prince Naif National Law Enforcement Academy and Special Security Force programs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with 7 training facilities throughout the Kingdom.

    From there as Regional Senior Program Manager, Duane stood-up and successfully maintained all communications infrastructure for the NATO Special Operations Headquarters in Mons, Belgium; all BICES-X systems infrastructure for EUCOM and AFRICOM in Germany; and JSOTF in Afghanistan. Duane then supported various business clients as IT/ Training consultant on technical proposals, site surveys, and potential business proposal opportunities (building WIN-WIN solutions) throughout Europe and the Middle-East until joining the CLI Solutions Team as Director of Operations in April 2018.
